About Jennifer

I’m so glad you’re here.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Nevada, Arizona, and California with over 15 years of clinical experience. I am skilled at using a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including attachment work and depth-oriented psychotherapy, IFS, polyvagal and nervous system regulation work, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, emotion-focused therapy, trauma and somatic informed therapies, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and meaning and insight based therapies. However, I tailor my approach based on the specific goals and strengths of the client, so that each person experiences therapy that is a good fit for them. All the therapy I do is evidence-based and is designed to be empowering, with a focus on de-pathologizing the person.

In my work, proper health and freedom come when we align body, mind, and soul and tap into our instinctual, intuitive wisdom to guide us on our life journey. By reconnecting with ourselves and feeling safe, secure, and loved in our bodies, we can be fully open to life and feel more open to building safe and healthy relationships around us. Working with me requires a willingness to do deep but gentle work. I don't work with clients who are seeking someone to heal them. I provide support, tools, guidance, deep processing work, compassion, empathy, and years of research, study, and training, but I can't do the healing for you. This is a co-created experience where I aim for you to become your best source of wisdom, truth, healing, and love.

“The life of a healthy individual is characterized by fears, conflicting feelings, doubts, frustrations, as much as by the positive features. The main thing is that the man or woman feels he or she is living his or her own life, taking responsibility for actions or inaction, and able to take credit for success and blame for failure. In one language it can be said that the individual has emerged from dependence to independence, or to autonomy"
